But he himself used ACE to obtain an illegal wrong region Mew and boosted shiny odds in his GSC save files. Verlisify is Canadian. He does not have the rights to receive an English 2017 Mew without a trade. So he is a cheater himself for forcing wrong region events into his save file with ACE.
