Very good, I propose some ideas that could make VidLii a unique platform and possibly a better video platform. I know this website was only created to honor the old Youtube interface, but have you ever thought of going further?

YouTube is no longer the same since it definitely changed in 2017, however you can rescue that community that is falling by offering a better site to upload videos, and these are the ideas that I propose:

-Change the design: And I do not mean to change the interface, but to turn it into a more modern and unique interface, so that it is more pleasing to the eye.

-Annotations: Most people have been asking for that, and it is no surprise, annotations were something important on YouTube and you can take advantage of it to implement it on your platform.

Site Management Suggestion. Hello Vidlii. I think our community is well aware of how messed up YouTube has become, which makes this site grow bigger. But what many users don't really understand is that YouTube is an international hosting website, making site management extremely difficult for its admins. To prevent this disaster from happening on Vidlii, you could make Region Servers where site management can be divided by regions that users use. For instance: UK users = UK site management, US users = US site management. You can still allow users free basic accounts while having optional paid account upgrades (Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum) Copper being at $3.99 per month. And please, PLEASE don't fall for the flat/materialistic design trend. Mnay users, including me, really hate flat design (the art used in Windows 10/IOS 8) and came to Vidlii for better creative freedom. Thank you.
