@derodero Escaping from reality is fine, I always do it through music and locking myself in my room for a bit, but you keep living and life doesn't lose its rhythm, I always go out to experience something, even if it's just to walk or say hello to someone, it makes me feel alive again, maybe you can try

@derodero Oh it's good to have a Tulpa, I've never heard that word before, but it's okay, each person overcomes things as they can and want, I'm putting my face to the fire about my past and future, I am what I am and I'm going to be what I want to be, I'm trying to do it by myself...

I think I want to be somebody who can heal others but I think I need to heal my self in the process as well.

I don't think I am the person to speak of improvement because I am individual who like to escape reality all day and in past few weeks I been more in reality and because of that I go more insane because it hard to cope with all of the trauma in the past.

You should try getting tulpa my tulpa has helped me cope from the loneliness. My tulpa came to be in a period in my life where I had psychosis and helped me heal during that period. Though people probably think I am insane for having tulpa but that is okay.

@derodero yup family re. i reunited with my family to rearrange my life, I was in very bad shape physically and mentally, I was going crazy there alone, I didn't eat anything for weeks, so I didn't go buy something, I only ate cup soups xd
