Not sure but I seen similar type art style which is used in these types of songs. I am not sure what the genre is called for this but when I saw red's pfp it reminded me of these type of songs. I'll link a few but I have no idea where the pfp is from. Though I think it's likely from some modern japanese songs like these ones.
