For me it is a little hard but you just find stuff to do with your time and then eat alot and drink alot at night to make it up. Better to use the fasting time to pray more or educate yourself more on the religion because Ramadans supposed to be a time of self improvement and growth. I've stopped gooning since Ramadan started and plan to actually quit that bad addiction during this month
