I'm glad to hear your ribs are doing better. Have you ever tried yoga, Matt? Lost of stretching in that for sure, and some people swear by it. My brother is tall and like many tall people, had a lot of back problems. He started doing yoga a few years ago and it's helped him a lot. I had some back problems too and was doing yoga for awhile - even bought a mat, blocks etc. But when I started to feel better, I let it lapse. My bad. I should take it up again.

Just had a thought, wonder after Chill went down what happened to the DJ that counted every day and year he had been on Chill, what was his name, I forgot? I miss a few there like Wabbit, but , some more than others.. Wish for the NY that David reopens it bigger and better !

NP Matt. I agree about that other site. I hope your cat is doing well tonight. Well all of them of course. My mother's hand wasn't too bad today. She's going to keep it on a heating pad while at work...Her arm and hand that is to keep warm. It keeps getting cold is her problem and then she gets cold.
