Timeless (1 hour ago) Have you ever tried limiting carbs and going vegetarian? It’s another way to live longer. Just a reminder. Timeless (1 hour ago) Thank you again! My mom has her appetite back. I think anxiety affects her physical health too. I know it does mine. Are you sleeping okay? For about ten nights in a row, I got 3 hours sleep or less. I had to be alert for my mom and help her but now our schedules are more in sync so when she sleeps, I sleep. Most of the time my overactive mind and catastrophizing keep me up

i'll be fine, a year ago i was working two jobs,
friday saturday and sunday (x 11 hours) at the roadhouse and then Tuesday, wednesday and thursday (x 9 hours) for ghandiman corporation.
the roadhouse is a 10 minute drive from my place.
