It sounds like your body comes and goes. I'm glad you had some relief and thanks for your kind words my friend. I am very excited to go back and to get to the beach too lol. I'm doing well. Yesterday we took Jeff out for his b-day. It was his actual b-day yesterday. We also found out my cousin Dana in NY is pregnant and has invited my mother and I to the shower in June. So my mother and I are going to NY in June lol. HRU doing today? I see David plans on relaunching the site soon.

I hope your ribs are still behaving. Did you go for your walk? I actually fell asleep and now I'm waiting for Jeff to come home. I just wanted to pop in to say have a good night.
