Matt I'm sorry I haven't been on here. I literally just moved into my new home tonight and I basically did the move by myself. So much has happened meaning the move and all this past week. overall health ? i'm doing well and i exercise regularly, i still do sprints but not Long distance running. my last time out playing tennis, i strained my right knee that is taking forever to repair, but yeah, OLD is challenging.
