western canada wine country, and all the tourist type of locations are new condos. it was for many years undervalued real estate and has changed with development and immigrants with laundered money from ghandiland buying up whatever they can get their hands on

it can get to 100F in the summer here, and that place i mentioned,
Okanagan Valley, the lake is 80 miles long, with some spots 30 feet off shore, over 300 feet deep ...
and it's very hot and sunny during the summer.
the legendary lake monster is called Ogopogo

myself and staff at the Roadhouse have joked about a reality show based in that place.

my geographic region has many factors, mountains a few hours west, pacific coast disturbances and storms, and from the north, the freakin Arctic, and usually in summer, lots of hot dry air comes straight north from Arizona to heat the place, sometimes in the middle of winter too.
there are many hot and cold and wet weather systems that meet up at my place to hang out for a while
