Burnt out from what?; there's no really an easy way to treat burnt out, but what actually works for things like creative endeavors is, the obvious and easy one, taking a break from it, other could be starting a new hobby/another hobby, or even "challenge". Sometimes is a problem of approach more than "burnt out" per se, for example, if you make music, and you don't change or try to get out of your comfort zone, you'll stagnate and feel dissatisfied. But I don't know what's troubling you, really.
