From a youtube comment I saw from another video: "I work on for a credit card company (not visa or mastercard) and I can tell you reducing the amount of call center calls is 80% of all the projects I work on." Anything that increases the amount of calls they get is a nightmare for them, because they need to pay the call centers per taken, and they are not allowed to ignore any calls.
