Look, I'd tell you to get a medical checkup in case it's not just simple insomnia, but if you're in the US where they charge at the hospital, I'd recommend you look for white noise to listen to while you sleep. Or simply turn on the air conditioner that makes noise if you have one; it helps a lot with sleeping.
